Technical and Historical Notes

During the First Earth/ZAFT War, ZAFT creates the aquatic use UWMF/S-1 GINN WASP Type. Designed as a search and coastal base attack unit, the GINN WASP Type is deployed across Earth's oceans. After the war, ZAFT produces a custom version with improved Lorenzini sensors. In C.E. 74, this upgraded version is used during ZAFT's attack on Earth Alliance headquarters Heavens Base in Iceland.
