Mobile Suit Gundam SEED ASTRAY

In 2002, Mobile Suit Gundam SEED ASTRAY premiered as a manga and novel companion to the the Gundam SEED TV series. The multi-form story focuses on the exploits of Junk Guild member Lowe Guele and Serpent Tail mercenary Gai Murakumo, who each come into possession of Orb's secret Gundam Astray units following the destruction of the space colony Heliopolis. In 2004, Bandai produced two short OVA clips to help promote the SEED-MSV model kit line. Directed by Katsuyoshi Yatabe, both shorts are scripted by ASTRAY writer Tomohiro Chiba. Because these clips are designed to play only in Japanese hobby shops, it is unlikely they will ever be available in the U.S., aside from being a possible DVD bonus feature.
