Heero wakes up in the circus and thinks that Catherine is Relena. Trowa tells him that one month has passed since he self detonated the Wing Gundam. Since OZ thinks he's dead, he can act freely now without worrying about the colonies. Heero asks Trowa to help him catch up on what's happened. In former China, Wufei passes his time sitting around with the Shenlong. In another part of former China, Sally attacks a former Alliance base. She and her people are chased into the forest by a Leo squad. They're cornered and are about to be shot when Wufei shows up. He refuses to fight at first, but he then decides to destroy the Leos. Sally thanks him, and he tells her that weak people shouldn't fight. In what used to be China, an autonomous district was ruled by pacifists. The local Alliance commander Colonel Bunt staged a coup d'etat and now rules the nation independent of OZ. The next day, Wufei and Sally drive into town to get food. When Bunt's soldiers terrorize a restaurant owner, Sally attacks them. The men outnumber her, and soon they are ready to kill her when Wufei beats them up. He goes on again about how weak people shouldn't fight and leaves.

Colonel Bunt is informed about how a Gundam is helping the rebels, and a plan is made to destroy it. He suggests contacting OZ for help, but the soldiers disagree because they don't want OZ in their country. Sally returns to the base and tells her men that she had a disagreement with Wufei and parted ways. She says that he's very confused about being able to fight and he needs time to heal. They suspect he will return for the Shenlong, which he left camouflaged at the base. A group of helicopters begin attacking the base, and the rebels roll out antiaircraft guns. A squad of Leos shows up and finds no resistance from the Gundam. While Bunt's helicopter circles nearby, OZ Aries suits attack the Leos. Bunt sold out his nation to OZ to remain in power. Wufei shows up, and people die in his arms begging him to fight. Sally is ready to sacrifice herself, and Wufei returns to the Shenlong and begins fighting. He destroys all the mobile suits and Bunt's helicopter. He and Sally then talk about who should fight and about having courage to fight. At the circus, the ringleader announces that they'll be performing for OZ, so he wants something really special to impress them. Trowa volunteers to give them a show they won't forget.

Boy this is one BAD episode. In my opinion, Wufei is the worst character of the five Gundam pilots, and apparently the writers think so too since they use him so little. Ever since Wufei lost to Treize, he's been going on and on about how he's weak and has no right to fight. Everyone else is weak and has no right to fight. Then he goes and destroys a bunch of mobile suits, so go figure. I wish he would just shut the hell up and stop going on about weakness and DO something. He's an idiot, plain and simple.
