An OZ shuttle
lands carrying the survivors of Barge lands at an airport. Nichol
disembarks and has the comatose Lady Une taken to a hospital. Treize
visits and is told that though her wounds have healed she is still
in a coma. He tells her that he must lead the world because it would
be too much of a burden for Relena. He gives a speech to the Romefeller
Foundation urging the citizens of the World Nation to unite as one
and fight off the terrorist White Fang organization. Relena leaves
Earth in a shuttle and heads for Libra to talk to Zechs.
On Libra, Quinze tells Zechs that the construction has been
completed. Zechs tells Quinze to assemble the crew in the main hangar
so that they can hear his final speech to Earth. Elsewhere, a group
of OZ Tauruses escapes the White Fang to head for Earth. They are
surrounded by mobile dolls, and most of them are destroyed. Wufei
shows up and begins fighting the dolls. His actions inspire one
of the OZ pilots to perform a kamikaze mission and destroy a mobile
doll carrier. The
Altron is heavily damaged in the battle and floats lifelessly in
space. A shuttle picks it up, and Wufei is surprised to find Sally
and Heero along with Wing Zero and Heavyarms.
Sally asks
Wufei to join them, but he wants to fight on his own. Several mobile
doll carriers approach, and Wufei wants to fight them. Heero convinces
him not to take the damaged Altron, but to instead use Wing Zero.
He warns Wufei about the Zero System and tells him that it will
show him his enemies. Wufei attacks the mobile dolls, and the Zero
System activates. He sees images of Zechs and Treize, and he concludes
that they are his enemies and the obstacles to peace. He also sees
the four other Gundam pilots and realizes that his fate is with
them. Wufei returns to the shuttle and decides to join them. On
Libra, Zechs gives a speech about how history is filled with
bloodshed and war. He demands that Treize eliminate Earth or else
face a war. As Libra starts up, a shuttle carrying Dorothy
approaches. Zechs orders his men to fire at it, but Dorothy tells
him a story about a man with two names. He decides to let her live
and join him. Elsewhere, Relena's shuttle continues its journey
to Libra.
There were
a few people in this episode that I didn't expect to see. I never
thought I'd see Nichol again because I assumed Lady Une had him executed
or something. This time he didn't seem to be the bastard he was
before. Speaking of Lady Une, there's a possible continuity glitch
here. In the Treize clip show, the ending showed Lady Une standing
behind Treize. If she's still in a coma, then that must have been
Treize's imagination, or else it's a big error. I still hate Wufei,
and this episode shows just how insane he is. While the Zero System
drives everyone else insane, it makes him normal because he was
already insane. That's just weird. Zechs isn't very good at making
demands. He demands that Treize eliminate Earth? That's not something
that Treize has the power to do. And what's the deal with Dorothy
and her stories about people with two names? She used the same story
on Heero. Also, it looks like Relena is taking one really slow shuttle.
At the beginning of the episode the shuttle is seen approaching
the Moon, and at the end it still is. You'd think space travel would
be faster in AC 195.
