The Argama
docks at Granada for repairs and shore leave. Bright speaks
to Wong Lee, one of the AEUG's founders, about the situation. Bright
grants Milly and Torres permission to leave, and Wong criticizes
him for indulging his subordinates. Bright becomes angry and tells
Wong that he only sees pilots and officers as pawns in a game, and
Wong wonders if he is referring to Kamille. Judau and Elle walk by,
and Wong stops Judau. He tells Judau that he's not doing his job
and has to repair Double Zeta. When Judau tries to leave, Wong grabs
him. Judau breaks away as Wong tries to punch him and gives him a
hard kick. Wong starts yelling, and Judau leaves. Torres and Milly
go to a pizza shop they both used to visit as kids when they were
growing up. Shortly after, they are joined by Judau and Elle. One
of the waitresses at the pizza restaurant is Cecilia, who grew up
with Milly and Torres. Torres remembers that she always used to
cry all the time, and she remembers that he was a coward. As they
begin to eat pizza, Judau explains what happened at the port. Torres
panics and tells Judau that he has to apologize, but Judau says
that Wong started the fight. Outside, Gottn gives money to Cecilia's
little brother. He tells his men to prepare the explosives for the
attack. Cecilia goes out into the back alley to talk to Gottn. Judau
chokes on pizza and runs to the bathroom for water, and Elle follows
him. They both overhear Gottn telling Cecilia he will give her a
ticket to get off Granada if she gets pictures of the Argama.
Beecha and Mondo come in and are spotted by Gottn's men Creyue Oye
and Nel Marsen. A fight breaks out, and Beecha and Mondo get into
a car with Judau and Elle to warn the Argama. They spot Cecilia
and follow her to the port, where she tries to infiltrate under
the guise of delivering a pizza. Soldiers ask her for a pass, but
she has none.
Wong tells
Bright that Mondo and Beecha are traitors and shouldn't be pilots.
Bright says they aren't traitors, and Wong says non of them are useful
like Kamille was. Elle watches Cecilia, and she sets off the alarm
as a distraction to escape and find the Argama. Judau comes
to the bridge and overhears the conversation. Wong thinks Judau is
useless because he only wants to look for his sister. Judau comes
into the bridge and grabs Wong, asking him if the war is more important
than him finding his sister. Judau says he will use all his power
to find Leina and runs off. Beecha gets into the Zeta Gundam, followed
by Mondo in the Mk II. They tell Iino to open the gate for them
because they want to find where the Neo Zeon pilots have gone. Judau
gets into Double Zeta, and Wong tells them to stop. Bright overrides
Wong and lets them launch. Gottn isn't happy and tells Creyue and
Nel not to fight because he has to capture Granada undamaged for
Haman. They launch anyway in a Ga-Zowm and a Gaza-C. Mondo grapples
Creyue's Gaza and causes him to crash onto the Moon's surface. Beecha
lands nearby and starts kicking Creyue as revenge for his mistreatment.
The kicking causes an industrial portion of Granada to rumble, and
panicking workers runaway. Gottn finds Cecilia and blames her, but
she says she didn't reveal his position. He leaves, and Torres finds
Cecilia and takes her with him. Judau fights with Nel and slices
apart his missile launcher, but Nel fights back and breaks away.
Judau fires Double Zeta's high mega cannon and damages the Gaza,
but he also damages Granada. Afterwards, Wong blames Judau, but everyone
supports Judau, including Bright. Torres gives Cecilia a drink,
and she asks him to escape Granada with him. Judau and the others
come in for a drink and spot Cecilia. Elle blocks the exit, and
Judau tells Torres that Cecilia is a spy.
The comedy
seems to be slowly giving way to a more serious approach, and I'm
happy to see it. The Argama docks at Granada, and we see
an old face: Wong. Wong still acts like as much of a moron as he did
in Zeta Gundam. He doesn't care anyone on the Argama
and doesn't understand war at all. This was true during the Gryps
War, but it's still the case here. At least Judau put him in his
place and gave him a good kick. When Kamille met Wong, he was the
one who received the beating. I'm sure he would be glad with what
Judau did. Beecha and Mondo seem to have been pretty easily forgiven.
The episode ends with a cliffhanger, and I wonder if Judau's revelation
will cause friction between him and Torres.
