As the explosion
of energy destroys Dublin, Judau and the others are knocked around.
Rakan tries to attack Judau, and the Argama is forced to
land from all the debris flying in the sky. Judau finds himself
near the ruins of the colony, which was not vaporized in the blast.
He has a Newtype reaction and hears the sorrow of all the civilians
killed. He begins to hear Kamille speaking to him, but Rakan appears
and attacks him. Judau pulls out his hyper beam saber and attacks
Rakan. On the Sandra, Glemy thinks that Mashymre must be
very satisfied with the colony drop while he himself has achieved
nothing. He goes to his secret room and decides to wake up Ple Two.
On the Argama, Ple has a reaction to Ple Two's awakening.
Kamille runs through the streets and also feels Ple Two, as does
Judau. Rakan keeps shooting at Judau, and Judau tells him that he
deserves to die. Judau fires his double beam rifle and blows off
the Zaku III's legs, forcing Rakan to escape. Ple Two says that
a problem must be unresolved if Glemy has woken her up. Glemy says
things are in their favor, but waking her up was a tactical choice.
Bright orders the Argama to take off and search the ruins
of Dublin for survivors. Ple crawls out of the infirmary and asks
Shinta and Qum to take her to the mobile suit deck. On the Sandra,
Ple Two launches in the Psyco Gundam and promises to destroy the
Argama for Haman. The Gundam Team tries to reorganize, and
Roux takes off when she spots the Audhumla. On the bridge,
Ple tells Bright that something dangerous is coming from behind
the colony. Bright has Torres fire the hyper mega particle gun through
the colony, narrowly missing Ple Two. Torres identifies the Psyco
Gundam, and Ple Two begins shooting at the Argama. Bright
wants to fire the hyper mega particle gun again, but it will take
time to recharge. He notices Ple is gone, and he gets a call from
Astonaige that she is taking off in the Qubeley. Ple Two watches
the Qubeley take off and senses something strange about it.
The Zeta
Gundam and Dodai Kai fly up to the Audhumla and land on top
of it. Iino thinks something must have happened on the bridge to
cause the plane to descend. Ple dodges Ple Two's attacks and deploys
funnels to fire at the Psyco Gundam. Ple Two launches reflector
bits that absorb the fire from the funnels and redirects them back
at Ple. Ple attacks with her beam saber, but Ple Two blocks with
the Psyco Gundam's massive arm. Judau shoots at Ple Two and tells
Ple to back off before she gets herself killed. Iino, Mondo and
Beecha enter the Audhumla and find that the bridge crew was
killed in the blast. Roux lands the Zeta Gundam in the hangar and
is told by refugees that all the Karaba personnel went out to fight.
They call the Argama and tell Bright they will be landing
in the sea. Ple Two transforms the Psyco Gundam into mobile suit
mode, and Judau escapes towards the colony. He flies up along the
colony and goes inside of it to hide from Ple Two. She breaks into
the colony and grabs hold of Double Zeta. Judau fires missiles at
Ple Two, allowing him to escape. Judau emerges outside of the colony
and is attacked by Ple Two again. Ple shows up and blocks the attack.
Ple Two wonders why Ple causes her to feel unpleasant, and Ple says
it is because they are the same. She causes Ple Two's reflector
bits to fire on the Psyco Gundam and is caught up in a huge explosion.
Judau goes berserk, and the Double Zeta's bio-sensor causes his
hyper beam saber to become very powerful and slice apart the Psyco
Gundam. He chases Ple Two's escaping cockpit head and slices it
open. When he sees Ple Two, Double Zeta loses power and crashes.
Afterwards, Bright and the crew stand on the deck to remember the
dead as black rain falls. He says the cost of war is too high, but
they can take some consolation for having saved many civilians from
Dublin. Kamille collapses on the ground and is soaked by the black
rain.
This was
a very interesting episode, especially after the tension created
last time with the colony drop. The episode opens with Judau and
Rakan fighting still, but Rakan disappears from the scene very quickly.
Glemy decides to waken Ple Two, and he hands her the Psyco Gundam
to do her worst. She handles it quite well, as she doesn't have
the emotional conflict Rosamia Badam did when she was the pilot.
Kamille shows up again, but he really doesn't do anything at all
here. Ple ends up sacrificing her life to save Judau, and it causes
Judau to go berserk with the help of the bio-sensor. The same thing
happened to Kamille several times, allowing him to perform powerful
attacks. Now we'll have to see where the war goes next.
