 Macross 7 Encore When the Macross 7 TV series ended in 1995, three unbroadcast episodes were included in the home video release. Directed by series director Tetsuro Amino, the three episodes are collectively known as Macross 7 Encore. Unlike the later Macross Dynamite 7 OVA, three episodes from Encore are all standalone stories. The first episode features a rogue Meltrandi fleet and a rival from Milia Fallyna Jenius' past, the second shows a dramatization of Fire Bomber's history and the final one focuses on a marriage proposal for Mylene Jenius. It's not exactly clear when these episodes take place in relation to the rest of the TV series, but it looks to be during the second half.
