Today I present upgraded reviews for episodes 31-37 of Gundam, but that's not all. I also have new reviews for episodes 38-43, which completes the series. Cartoon Network never aired these, and they won't all be on DVD for a few more months. Enjoy them, but please don't ask me where I got them. You'll just have to wait for the DVD's.

With the move completed, it's back to work as usual. Now available are upgraded reviews for episodes 21-30 of Gundam. There's still a bit more episodes to upgrade before I finish, and after that it's time for some new stuff.

The Long Road by Chris 12:35 A.M. EST
Long time visitors to the site may remember an article I wrote a year and a half ago called "The Road to FAHQ: A Retrospective." Well, much has happened since then, so I've written a follow up to it, "The Road to MAHQ: Another Retrospective. Also, a minor mecha update. The profiles for the Xi Gundam and Penelope from Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway's Flash have been updated with art courtesy of Mark Simmons. I had previously linked to his updated drawings of those suits, but since the Gundam Project is gone now, I figured I would post the pics for comparison. On another note, it was MissBunny's birthday yesterday, so mail her a greeting!

Hello MAHQ by Chris 9:25 A.M. EST
Well, this is my first update underneath our new name and location. I'd like to first say that this is a long time coming, so we're glad to finally have it completed. This is the first of many changes, and we'll be announcing more as things develop. As for updates, I've revamped the About section, Links, Lore Store, and transformed the Rants section into Features. Some articles which were previously in the About section can now be located in Features. Also, our FAQ has been updated with new questions, along with the inclusion of Neo-Era's Gundam rumor FAQ. Finally, the paragraph at the top of this page will now be replaced with news items and reminders. Well, that's about all for now.

Goodbye FAHQ by Lore 11:59 P.M. EST
FAHQ is no more. In its place we have a new site, Mecha & Anime HQ, or MAHQ for short. The reason for the change is that some of our sections were disproportionately more popular than others. You can easily guess from the title of the new site which parts were the most popular. We modified the site to concentrate on the areas that the fans visit most. A quick look at our menu shows what has been revamped. Chris will be back with a few more revisions very soon.

Today's update is pretty large. First, I present upgraded reviews for episodes 11-14 and 16-20 of Gundam. Second, I have new cover art for most of Macross. Third, I have a portion of my long-delayed fanfic update. More will be added soon, but let me remind everyone that fanfic submissions are CLOSED until further notice. The only exception to this is if you already have a series up and are sending in new chapters. My e-mail is overloaded with files, so if you send any fanfics before I open submissions, they will be deleted.

My re-written reviews for Macross are temporarily on hold as I work on another project. I'm watching the original Gundam series again, so I've taken the opportunity to fill in the details on some of my reviews and update old information. You can see the upgraded reviews for episodes 1-10.
