No Robots Here by Chris 1:10 P.M. EST
Yesterday was a holiday in the United States, but it was also the day that Dale and Tanya got married after being together for nearly 6 years. The Japanese-themed wedding took place at the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens in West Palm Beach, FL with music by Piano Squall and photography by Maboroshi of Rising Sun. The festivities were capped off with a taiko drum performance by Ronin Taiko.

So without any further delay, I present Dale and Tanya Rausch:

You can send congratulatory e-mails to Dale if you wish, but he probably won't respond for a while because he's off on his honeymoon in Las Vegas.

It's time for more Super Robot Wars with Peter's reviews of episodes 9-10. Although today is Thursday, there won't be a Mailbag this week because I don't have enough questions to last me a few weeks. Be sure to keep sending them in via the usual ways.

New Year, New Sections by Chris 8:10 P.M. EST
It took much longer than I ever expected, but one of our largest updates ever is finally complete. Before I get to the meat of the update, there are some minor housekeeping items to mention. First, the Fanfics section has been removed due to inactivity. Fanfics will live on in the Forum, so that's their home now. Also, the Manga section has been renamed Print. This broader designation allows us to cover manga and novels.

Now it's time for the real stuff, so let's get to it.

New Anime sections:
RahXephon, reviewed by Peter. The new section is complete, with reviews for episodes 1-26, the OVA and the Movie.
Space Runaway Ideon, reviewed by Brian. Episodes 1-3 are now up.
Super Robot Wars, also by Peter. Episodes 1-3 of the OVA are up, along with episodes 1-5 of the TV series.

New Manga section:
Planetes, reviewed by Scott. The section is complete with reviews for all for volumes. Scott will be back again soon to review Nadesico.

New Mecha sections:
Eureka 7
Genesis Climber Mospeada
Zone of the Enders

With that out of the way, it's time for some credits on the new mecha sections. For Eureka 7, thanks go out to Mark064, DeltasTaii and Anavel. For Zone of the Enders, thanks go out to Dustin, VR7 and velocity7. For Mospeada, thanks go out to Tachyon and Kuruni. EDIT: The Bartley images are from Joshua McClellan's UN Spacy Quatermasters Tactical Database. Joshua also sent in some new images for the ATT-30 and Eager Booster.

Finally, the update would not be possible with Dale, who worked many hours during the holiday weekend to get this up. Pretty soon I'll be laying out MAHQ's plans for 2007. Oh, and Happy New Year.
