The Determination of Broken Wings by Chris 5:53 P.M. EST
There's a few items on today's update. First up are reviews for episodes 14-15 of Gundam 00. Next, there's another regular Tuesday Mailbag. Finally, the Kazuhisa Kondo Variations section has been completely reorganized thanks to bilbros. Some old Kondo renditions of pre-existing mobile suits now populate the section. Most of the rest of the profiles have been moved around to create 4 new manga sections: Operation Buran, Go Ahead!!, Mobile Suit VOR!! and Revival of Zeon.

Lineart Xtravaganza by Chris 12:32 P.M. EST
Today's update features a lot of new lineart and some new sections, so let's get to it. First up, there's new Macross Frontier lineart, courtesy of Red Zaku. Next up, there's lineart for Gundam Sentinel's Xeku series, courtesy of Gordan Gregov. Next is lineart for Gundam 00's Throne series, courtesy of Nightwing03, who also sent in some stuff for 00F and 00V. There's new sections for Fukuchi Mobile Suit Station and Zeonography, with lineart courtesy of bilbros. The Gundam Fix Figuration sections features a load of new lineart, courtesy of Nightwing03 and Juan Mendes. The Gundam Unicorn section features new Jegan and Stark Jegan lineart, courtesy of asterphage. Finally, there's some new FRAME ASTRAYS lineart, again courtesy of Nightwing03.

Super Profile Wars by Chris 10:02 P.M. EST
There's a lot of stuff on today's update, so I'll start with the small stuff. First, there's the usual Mailbag, along with my usual request to keep the questions coming. Next, there's some new Gundam Sentinel lineart courtesy of Gordan Gregov. There's also new lineart for the Bartoll, courtesy of Peter and Nightwing03, as well as for the G Compatible Kaiser, courtesy of Yuusha Tokkyu Might Gaine.
The major update today is the introduction of Burke's style profiles for the SRW section. This effort kicks off with complete profiles for SRW MX, courtesy of Peter. Because of the various continuities, we've decided to split the profiles into four different categories:
-Classic: all the early games up to F Final.
-Alpha: the 4 titles in the Alpha series.
-Original Generation: the 5 titles in the OG series.
-Anime/manga: the OG anime titles, as well as related manga such as Record of ATX.
Because there are several stand alone games, they will be treated as separate continuities. When those stand alone titles become part of the OG universe, they'll receive separate OG profiles. The bottom line is that in the coming months, you'll see links change as new profiles are created for the various continuities. In many cases the profiles will probably be very similar, but we want to keep the universes distinct and free from confusion.

The Sentinel by Chris 2:35 P.M. EST
For many years, one of the glaring holes in our Gundam mecha section has been the lack of detailed profiles for Gundam Sentinel. However, that's no longer the case. Mark Simmons has sent in 29 new profiles, covering nearly every mobile suit and vehicle from Taskforce Alpha. A future update will finish off the remaining suits from the other factions.
EDIT: Forgot to mention this, but episode 7 of Gundamn! @ MAHQ was released yesterday. As always, it's available in regular or unplugged versions. Click here for the show notes or to leave a comment.

Gundam: The Reorganization by Chris 9:36 A.M. EST
Today's update is the result of a lot of work. For the first time in years, the entire Gundam mecha section has gone under a massive reorganization effort, with new categories, new sections and some consolidation. The new organization is courtesy of bilbros, with assistance from Mark Simmons and Deacon Blues. In addition to things moving around, a few sections have been combined. The separate Gundam WARS sections are now together in one, the Gundam Sentinel and Sentinel MSV are now combined, as is Double Fake and its variation set. Mobile suits that fall under the Harmony of Gundam banner now have their own section. Please note that several variations sections are now under the temporary UNSORTED category, but they'll soon be moved around into new sections.
In addition to the reorganization, there's loads of new lineart. First up is new stuff for Gundam 00 and Gundam Unicorn, courtesy of Deacon Blues. The new Gundam Fix Figuration section has lineart for the Psyco Gundam courtesy of Nightwing03, and the Ootsukigata has new lineart from asterphage. In non-Gundam sections, Code Geass features a new profile and lineart for the Siegfried, courtesy of AmuroNT1. There's also a new section for SRW OG Gaiden, with a listing courtesy of Peter and Homeless. There's also new lineart across the OG spectrum, courtesy of Kuruni and Homeless.

The Return of a Saint by Chris 8:45 P.M. EST
There's not much in today's update other than a review for episode 13 of Gundam 00. Watch for the return of the Mailbag next week. In the meantime, keep the questions coming in.

Gundam and Macross Fiesta by Chris 5:30 P.M. EST
It's been years since I was last able to do this, but today I have a dual Gundam and Macross anime update. It starts off with a review for episode 12 of Gundam 00, followed by a review of the special "Deculture Edition" of Macross Frontier episode 1. Please note that this was a special airing as part of a Macross 25th anniversary special, so the regular broadcast (and the reviews) won't start until April.
January 4, 2008 New Year's with Shinn Asuka by Chris 6:10 P.M. EST
Well, I ended up taking a bit of a holiday break, in part due to a server switch and Call of Duty 4. But now MAHQ plunges forward into 2008, first with a review for DESTINY Special Edition II. Also, the latest episode of Gundamn! @ MAHQ was released yesterday, after a nearly two week delay due to the holiday season (download: regular, unplugged). Yes, we do talk about mecha Christmas gifts, so we're either late for 2007 or very on the ball for this year, depending on your perspective. I'll also note an errata during our discussion of VOTOMS - Pailsen Files is set after the previous OVA Roots of Ambition. Despite the delay for episode 6, we'll be recoding the next episode soon for release at the end of next week. There's a lot of things planned for 2008, and I'll get into that soon in future updates.
