Last update out the door by Chris 12:10 A.M. EST
I wanted to squeeze out one last update before I left, so here it is. First up, Scott returns with a review for the Gurren-Lagann OVA episode 5.5. Next, there's new profiles in the 00F and 00P sections, with lineart courtesy of asterphage. That'll be it for the next two weeks on updates, but be sure to check the forum for episode 5 of the podcast sometime next week.

Turkey with Chirico by Chris 6:55 P.M. EST
If, like me, you have nothing better to do this Thanksgiving, spend some time with Chirico Cuvie. For today's update, there's a review for the VOTOMS OVA Big Battle, as well as several Burke's profile upgrades for the Big Battle mecha section. Also, feedback on the forum for the podcast has been great so far, so I'd like to thank everyone who has commented or made a suggestion.

Gundamn! Time by Chris 7:53 P.M. EST
Editing and mixing on episode 4 of Gundamn! @ MAHQ wrapped up sooner than expected, so it's now available. You can download it directly here or read the show notes and comment on the episode's thread here. Since it's Tuesday, it's also time for another Mailbag. This will also be the last Mailbag for awhile. If you have any question submissions, please post them on the forum, as any e-mail sent to me will just generate an "out of town" auto response message. Finally, there's some new lineart for Gundam 00F's Gundam Plutone, courtesy of Deacon Blues.

Unrepayable Soul by Chris 4:05 P.M. EST
It's time for some more Gundam 00, and this time it's a review for episode 7. And although I could, there won't be any lame James Bond 007 jokes since this episode is 00 7. On another note, this will be the last 00 review for a few weeks, since I'll be out of town and won't be able to see the next two episodes until I return. In other updates, there's a new mecha section for New Super Robot Wars.

Seven Swords by Chris 11:45 P.M. EST
It's time again for another 00 review, and naturally this week it's for episode 6. There's also some new lineart in the Pailsen Files section, with lineart courtesy of Mark064 and some translation by Deacon Blues. Finally, there's a dedicated page for the podcast in our Features section. It's pretty bare bones right now, in part because most information relating to the podcast will be covered in its dedicated subforum at Mecha Talk. Also, there's some additional news. Due to some quick developments, I'll actually be joining the show for episode 4, which will probably be recorded this weekend. However, I won't be around for episode 5 because I'll be in South America for 2 weeks. After that, I'll be back for the next episode and stay on as a regular.

Some Mecha Stuff by Chris 12:59 P.M. EST
There's a few new pieces of lineart in today's update. First off, Gundam 00 gets a bunch of new lineart, courtesy of asterphage, Laevatein and Strike Zero. Next, there's some new lineart for Hajime Katoki's redesigned Gundams from Gundam Wing, courtesy of Homeless. Finally, there's a new section for the upcoming Macross F TV series, with lineart for the VF-25 courtesy of Graham at Macross World. Since the series doesn't start until 2008, there's not much info to go by now, but I'll update the section as news is released.

The Casting of the Pod by Chris 10:00 A.M. EST
Today's update is a special announcement. Since early 2005, I've wanted to create an MAHQ podcast, but time has always been an issue. Now that opportunity has presented itself. Some of our forum members may be familiar with a new mecha podcast called Gundamn! Now, we're teaming up with Adam Russell (Soul Bro Ryu) and Paul Duprey (Neo Lorrnoke) to bring you Gundamn! @ MAHQ. The show will remain the same, but I'll be joining it next month as a co-host. We plan to continue mecha discussions, give viewing recommendations, conduct interviews and take in questions from listeners. For now, you can download the first three episodes from the show's temporary homepage at MySpace, or from iTunes. Show information is also available on the podcast's dedicated Mecha Talk thread. The show will eventually get its own space on MAHQ and at the forum, but for right now we're still working out some details. This is an exciting new project, and I'll have more information to report next week.

Enter the Lineart by Chris 7:30 P.M. EST
Before I get to today's update, an announcement. Due to issues with Zirc, the official MAHQ IRC channel has moved to Rizon, so update your IRC client's settings accordingly. To start differently, there's new lineart for the Schaft units in the Patlabor TV section, courtesy of Zeis. Next up is some new lineart for FRAME ASTRAYS, courtesy of Nightwing03. There's also new lineart for the Sinanju, courtesy of asterphage. For all iterations of Gundam 00, there's new lineart courtesy of Homeless, OpMegs and Bazookafied of the Gundam 00 Forums.
