The Evolution by Chris 6:18 P.M. EST
There's a lot of stuff in today's update, but first it's time for the regular Mailbag. Next, there's new lineart for several Gundam sections courtesy of Mark064, including Evolve, Green Divers, DESTINY, Victory, Turn A, 0080, Char's Counterattack and STARGAZER. For more detailed information, check this thread as it will be updated soon. There's also a new section for the upcoming manga FRAME ASTRAYS, and we'll have more listings and lineart as they become available. Several new profiles are up in the 00 mecha section, with lineart courtesy of Deacon Blues. The Zeta section features new lineart for Messala, Hizack Custom and Byalant, courtesy of DeltasTaii. So Long, King Kittan by Chris 5:17 P.M. EST
It's time for some more Gurren-Lagann, and this time Scott sent in a review for episode 25. Also, I forgot to do the Mailbag on Tuesday (oops), so it will roll around again next Tuesday. In the meantime, please keep the questions coming. Now, I'm aware that most people come here for Gundam and send in Gundam questions, but you don't have to limit yourselves to Gundam. Rather than asking for the fourth time in a row what happened to Amuro and Char at the end of Char's Counterattack, I certainly welcome questions for Macross, VOTOMS, Patlabor, etc. You don't have to limit yourself to real robots or things on MAHQ, but you're likely to get the best answer for a series that's featured on MAHQ in some form.

The Third-Tier Sacrifice by Chris 11:14 P.M. EST
For today's update, Scott has a review of episode 24 of Gurren-Lagann.
On a sad note, author James Oliver Rigney, Jr. passed away yesterday, although he was better known to fans as The Wheel of Time's Robert Jordan. Longtime visitors of this site will probably recall the days when this site was named the Fantasy & Animation HQ and featured a Wheel of Time section, or that my old nickname, Rand, was derived from series star Rand al'Thor. Rigney touched millions across the world with his books, and he will surely be missed.

Lineart is courtesy of Mark Simmons, with cleanup work by Nightwing03. There's also new lineart for the Gaza-C, Qubeley, Jegan, ReGZ, Heavygun and Aries, all courtesy of DeltasTaii.

There are also several SRW updates, including a new section for Super Robot Wars 64. There's also new lineart for a few pieces in the SRW D section courtesy of Orochi Kusanagi, as well as lineart for the Granteed Dracodeus and Huckebein Gunner courtesy of Kuruni, as well as the Burning PT units from Divine Wars, courtesy of Yuusha Tokyu Might Gaine.
