Technical
and Historical Notes
|
After receiving substantial damage in battle against Eleven Socius' GAT-01D Long Dagger, Gai's MBF-P03 Gundam Astray Blue Frame undergoes an extensive refit. Aside from Lowe Guele's Tactical Arms for the Blue Frame Second L, Gai designs several upgrades himself. These upgrades include a two layer armor system, in which the second layer is equipped with Phase Shift and activated in the event of the first layer's breach. The Blue Frame Second can also be equipped with the FAP (Full Armor Phase Shift) system in place of the Tactical Arms. This coat-like armor covers the entire body with Phase Shift for extra protection. Gai also remodels the feet and adds shoulder-mounted fin thrusters, along with a complement of six "Armor Schneider" combat knives.
