Technical and Historical Notes

Based off of the success of the test-type EMS-VSX1 Quavarze, the Jupiter Empire creates a limited mass production for elite units. Though the basic body appears to be the same, the weapons loadout is streamlined for mass production and the transformation systems have been removed. The distinctive snake hand is mounted only on its left arm, freeing up the right to wield a standard beam rifle. Appearing near the end of the Jovian War, the Mass Production Quavarze is fielded by the Empire's Newtype Corps, but all units are destroyed in battle with the XM-X3 (F97) Crossbone Gundam X3. Three years later, a single unit that's captured by the Earth Federation Forces is used by original Quavarze pilot Giri Gaducca Aspis to help oppose the new Jupiter Empire's Operation Zeus' Thunderbolt.
