Technical and Historical Notes
The CCMS-03 Bugu is a mass production general purpose mobile suit developed by CONSENT. Its basic design, including a head with a monoeye camera, is reminiscent of the old Principality of Zeon from the first Universal Century (which also fielded a suit named the MS-04 Bugu). The Bugu’s range can be extended by equipping two optional booster packs: the long-range L-skirt and the short range S-skirt. The Bugu’s armaments include a rifle, beam saber, giant hatchet, machine gun and shield. In UC 0223, the Bugu is used part of the CONSENT force that attacks Side 8. Later on, CONSENT rolls out a newer model, the Bugu II.
