The JMS60 Busshi is a mass production mobile suit developed and produced by Neo Japan. The Busshi's only armament is a beam cannon connected to the torso and powered by the suit's reactor. Whereas the Busshi operates mainly in space, the JMS71 Nobusshi is mainly deployed to the terrestrial Neo Japan. However, in FC 59 a Busshi squad accompanies Ulube Ishikawa's JMA27T Fantoma to Earth to capture the Ultimate Gundam. However, the Ultimate Gundam has by that time evolved into the powerful JDG-00X Devil Gundam, and it effortlessly wipes out the Busshi squad.
