Technical and Historical Notes

AEUG's allies Karaba face a crisis with the Titans' new transformable mobile armors, as the main Karaba mobile suits RGM-79R (RGM-179) GM II and MSA-003 Nemo are unable to efficiently fight them. Using data from the AEUG, Karaba devises several solutions to address this problem. One such idea is the MSK-100S Land Combat Hyaku Shiki. This idea begins with re-designing the MSN-00100 Hyaku Shiki used by Char Aznable for a land combat suit. In order to prevent moisture and dust, underwater seals are implemented. The performance makes it excel in any combat situations including underwater, marsh lands, forests, deserts, etc. The wing binders from the the Hyaku Shiki are removed; maximum power is situated for hovering combat. Though the armaments are already exceptionally high, a missile pod and a beam cannon are also included as optional equipment. A small number of units are produced to face off against the Titans' transformable mobile armors.
