The FF-6 TIN Cod is a fighter built by the Hervic Company as the Federation Forces' principal atmospheric use interceptor. The TIN Cod is lightly armed with four 25mm machine guns and two air-to-air missile racks. This light payload makes the TIN Cod both inexpensive to produce and highly maneuverable. The TIN Cod remains in service as late as UC 0087 and sees combat during the Gryps Conflict when the AEUG attacks the Titans supply base in Jaburo, South America. However, this antiquated fighter's abilities can't come close to matching that of the AEUG's modern mobile suits.
