Technical and Historical Notes

In order to aid in the construction of the space colonies the SP-W03 Mobile Pod was built. This simple unit consisted of a main ball-shaped body and two manipulator hands for use in construction. When the One Year War erupted in UC 0079, the SP-W03's were used to resurrect the RX-76 project and eventually became the RB-79 Ball.
