Technical and Historical Notes

The FF-X7-Bst Core Booster was developed during the One Year War in order to allow the FF-X7 Core Fighter to function as a support fighter. Although it was originally unable to dock with a mobile suit, its mobility drew the attention of the engineers who designed the FF-X(7)II Core Booster II. However, since it proves too difficult to control the machine in this form, the idea is abandoned after being used in the RX-78GP00 Gundam GP00 "Blossom."
