As a part of ZAFT's "New Millennium" series mobile suits, the ZGMF-1001 ZAKU Phantom can be outfitted with various Wizard packs to operate in different mission roles. One such configuration is the ZGMF-1001/M Blaze ZAKU Phantom. The Blaze Wizard pack features additional thrusters for increased mobility. In addition to the standard armaments of the ZAKU Phantom, the Blaze ZAKU Phantom is also equipped with many "Firebee" guided missiles. The Blaze Wizard pack is also used by the ZGMF-1000/M Blaze ZAKU Warrior.
