Late in the war between the Earth Militia and the Moonrace, mentally unstable pilot Corin Nander returns to the battlefield. Created in a hurry by the technicians aboard the Soleil, the AMX-109 Kapool Corin Nander Custom is based on the AMX-109 Kapool excavated in Inglessa's mountain cycle and used by the Earth Militia. Aside from painting the unit red, the technicians fit the hand from a JMA-0530 Walking Dome "WaDom" over the Kapool's claw arm. The "WaDom" hand can be fired as a "rocket punch," but its main function is to hold the Minchi drill from Corin's previous suit, the TAF-M9 Eagail. Corin sacrifices himself while attacking Gym Ghingnham's CONCEPT-X 6-1-2 Turn X to prevent the Moonlight Butterfly from destroying civilization again as it did more than 2,000 years ago.
