Technical and Historical Notes

During the 7th Space War, the United Nations Earth introduces the Gundam type mobile suit to combat the Space Revolutionary Army. The three Gundam types utilize a flash system, which allows a Newtype pilot to remotely control many bit mobile suits. One such bit suit is the FT-9600-GB GT-Bit, which is built to be used in conjunction with the GT-9600 Gundam Leopard. The GT-Bit keeps the same inner arm Gatling as the Gundam Leopard but loses the rest of the armaments (most likely to conserve resources). By the end of the 7th Space War, all the GT-Bits are presumed to be destroyed. Only one Gundam Leopard is known to have survived the war, and it later falls into the hands of Vulture pilot Roybea Loy.
