The Flagger is a compact hovercraft designed to function in urban areas. Although the pilot is exposed and forced to stand, the open cockpit allows for a greater visual range. The Flagger is lightly armed with only a 3-barrel machine gun. In addition to the standard Flagger, the military also produces the Flagger Transporter Type to deliver Hargan maneuver slaves to the battlefield. Later, the military produces an improved design, the Flagger II. The original Flagger remains in service even after the introduction of the Flagger II, and both craft types are used to patrol the streets of Megazone 23 and hunt down rebellious factions, such as the Trash biker gang.
