Technical and Historical Notes

Thanks to investment from businesses such as the Yumekanou Group, Megazone 23's military is able to construct the FX-101 as the flagship of its space fleet. The FX-101 is heavily armed with two main cannons, many machine guns and torpedo launchers, as well as a powerful reflection shield. Unfortunately, the ship contains a fatal design flaw: the high amount of time required to charge the cannons and acquire a target render them nearly useless. On its maiden voyage, the FX-101 and its escort fleet are wiped out by an attacking Dezalg force.
