Technical and Historical Notes

Based on the GR-00X Prototype Garland, the GR-002A Military Garland is the successor to the Hargan. Like the Prototype Garland, the Military Garland is capable of transforming on its own without the use of extra parts. The Military Garland features several improvements over the prototype, including hover flight in maneuver craft mode and sustained flight in maneuver slave mode. The Military Garland is armed with a beam gun and light saber. Several units are deployed in an attempt to capture Prototype Garland pilot Shogo Yahagi before he can make contact with Megazone 23's control computer, Bahamut.
