The ASUKA-SSL-96 Taisyo is a general purpose construction labor produced by Shinohara Heavy Industries. The Taisyo is an older design, but it is still commonly found in construction sites. In addition to construction, the Taisyo is re-branded as the ASUKA-MPL-96 to serve as a law enforcement unit for the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. However, the police version of the Taisyo is identical, save for its color scheme and the addition of a siren.
