Technical and Historical Notes

The introduction of labors also leads to the appearance of labor-related crimes. To combat these crimes, the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department creates its own labor division, Special Vehicles Section 2. In addition to operational labors such as the ASUKA-MPL96 Taisyo and the AV-98 Ingram, the police department utilizes the MPL97AV-T training labor. This simplified machine resembles the appearance of the Ingram, and it can be equipped with or without a head. Its only armament is an anti-labor stun stick used for practice combat matches.
