Wow, when I look at this SD Gundam model, I can say that it looks pretty nice. It comes with plenty of weapons to let it hold and nice armor to stick on it whenever you feel like.
There are a couple of good and bad points to go over, so let’s get started!

Head

You've got your basic SD head here. It’s an easy and quick snap together head that is made up of eight parts (including stickers and polycaps). The v-fin requires two parts to be completed. It easily sticks onto the forehead but will get loose if taken off to much. The head itself is quite accurate to the actual n Gundam. A little black paint is needed for the indents in the head, along with some outline to make it look better. The head is pretty much the same as other SD models, big yet cute.

Torso

The torso for the n Gundam is built out of quite a number of pieces. It is probably the only part that requires many PC (polycap) parts. The front part of the chest has three holes for the inner parts to show up.  So the front two yellow vents and the white on top of the chest go right through those holes. I find it pretty smart to do that instead of sticking other parts onto the chest. Let’s move on to the skirt. Basic three piece construction that doesn’t even require PC parts. Instead it has an inner piece that has two ball socket joints for the feet to stick on. There is a backpack that simply just sticks on the back of the torso. It can carry the hyper bazooka, fin funnels and the long beam saber. The thrusters are already built in, so the only extra parts needed to be added on are a fin funnel holder and the beam saber rack that already has the saber in it. Sadly, the rack does not act as a real holder. Overall, the torso of the n Gundam is pretty detailed yet requires some color and outline too, but it’s pretty nice.

Arms

This SD figure’s arms are two shoulder pads with some arms stuck under them. These arms can actually move pretty well. They can move up and down after rotating them around for the joint to face outward. Though that joint is not really required as you can just lift the entire arm. There is a separate piece for the recharge rack for a beam saber on the left arm. It can easily be stuck on but can be broken off pretty easily after awhile.  Sadly, a normal beam saber does not exist for the n Gundam, so the rack is just more of a decoration. The weapons easily fit right into the hands, though they may become loose after awhile. Still, I love these kinds of SD arms. They have plenty of rotation and look just awesome.

Legs

The legs, I mean fe
et, are pretty easy to build. They connect to the torso’s skirt by ball sockets. There is not much to say about them, they are pretty plain. Some outline can spruce it up a bit, though it does not really need it.

Weapons and Accessories

This model has three ranged weapons: a normal beam rifle, a hyper beam rifle and a hyper bazooka. They are all only one sided, and require lots of paint to look good. For a melee weapon, the n Gundam has a long beam saber. The beam saber is pure white, so it requires a pinkish paint to show the beam. Two shields are included also. They’re pretty plain pieces that fit right into the hand. Not much to say about them. The main attraction to a n Gundam would probably be the fin funnels, but they don’t really act as a big part in this. The funnels are just a two piece snap together that fits on the backpack on the torso. They don’t separate and like the beam saber, it’s pure white so it needs color to help it out. Gosh, you’d think that a n Gundam would have fin funnels that act as weapons and do crazy things, but in this version it’s just a decoration. However, to counter that factor, this Gundam has the heavy weapon system to counter the loss of fin funnels. Two separate pieces of white armor plates can be stuck to the front of the torso. Those plates sometimes will not snap on very well, so they might become dull sometimes. There is another plate of armor for the back of the skirt also. It attaches much better than the front ones since there is a part that can right into the skirt. Looks awesome with the armor attached on, but I would prefer some fin funnels that can do some fancy stuff.  It’s still all good though, even with the one-sided and non-colorful weapons.

Conclusion

I’ll say it again, pretty nice model. Paint is required for many things and so is the marker for outline. Even without it though, it does not look too bad.  Plenty of improvements to be made, but I love it anyway. I suggest getting this model if you just love SD Gundams.
