This model is interesting. It has good points and bad points, as related here. I won't re-review the Gundam itself, as it is exactly the same as the 1/144 HG Strike Gundam, just in different colors.
Weapons
and Accessories
Beam rifle - Same as 1/144 HG Strike Gundam
Shield - Same as 1/144 HG Strike Gundam, just different colors
IWSP - Pretty slick. Lots of mean looking fins and guns and...stuff... Most of it is in the blue-gray plastic, so to get most of the white, there are stickers, or there is painting. The swords are kind of neat, all white, so paint is needed, but they fit in the hands pretty well. The guns on top are decently poseable; they just hit the crest on the head all the time.
Gatling shield - OK, I could have bought this kit just for the shield. It's like the Gouf Custom's, but for Gundams. The top is all red, so painting is a must, but there are several pieces that are separate so there's a high amount of detail here. Also, the gatling portion was injected with a bore bit, so there is detail on the sides and the front. Plus, the 3 piece barrel portion then attaches to itself with no glue or funny joints. The boomerang has a removable blade, which is interesting. The shield also has a handle that fits into the hand, so the shield is attached with the connector joint and is also held by the hand. Slick!
Conclusion
I think this kit is pretty decent. The Strike Rouge is just Strike Gundam with different colors, so no comment there. The IWSP is neat, but a lot of detail work was necessary. The shield is just cool. 'Nuff said.
