What can I say about this SD? Well I love it, it's probably my favorite SD's (until further notice) and I think it's a dream. Let's dive into this review.

Head

First off the head is a simple front and back piece affair with a separate V-fin that goes on the front. The eyes, front and rear camera all come with shiny green stickers to make it look authentic.

Torso

The torso actually has the ability to fold upwards for its transformation like it should, which is a nice touch but to accomplish the transformation you need to remove the head of the kit (which is not surprising considering its size). The wings on the back and the stabilizer are all completely poseable and the wings even fold open for the transformation.

Arms

The arms are the only let down in this kit. They have a plastic on plastic joint inside the shoulder, meaning after a while there will be wear and they'll go floppy. They also need a little painting to look like they should.

Legs

The legs are really non-existent on an SD, so what I’m really talking about are the feet. The feet are just simple polycaps in the bottom of the torso allowing them to turn but not much else. However, it doesn’t really need that kind of range of motion anyway.

Weapons and Accessories

The weapons are pretty simple; the hyper mega launcher is two snap
together pieces whilst the beam rifle and saber are both molded in one piece.

Conclusion

Overall I just love the Zeta and combined with a great SD kit, factoring in my bias and the faults with the kit.

Overall Rating: 4 out of 5 stars
