The ZZ Gundam...though I have never seen the self-titled show, I know that this is one heck of a mobile suit. Full of armor and weaponry, let's see if Bandai can deliver the same feeling in an action figure.

Head

The ZZ Gundam's head is regularly proportioned with the rest of the huge MS and has the High Mega Cannon on the forehead. Everything is painted very well with no flaw. The head is connected via ball joint and has a good range of motion.

Torso

The biggest part of this MSiA, the torso is an awesome. The upper torso is painted beautifully and even has the detail of the part that lifts the cockpit door up, but it doesn't open. Some of the paint may scratch off near the bottom of the upper torso. The waist has great painting and detail with all panel lines painted in, but there aren't many on this part of the MSiA. The sides of the skirt armor move up and down and turn 360 degrees. My favorite part of the torso, the backpack...the HUGE backpack. The huge thing features two hyper beam saber handles that move toward the MS and away from the MS and has the main thrusters that can move a little. Also features opening missile pods and a rectangular hole for the folded-up double beam rifle to be stored.

Arms

The arms are probably the worst part of the MSiA, but are still pretty good. The arms have all the panel lines painted and regular painting is good. It features two blue things on the shoulder pads that swivel 360 degrees around, but not up and down. The arms are double-jointed and features these shields on each arm and can fold up and swivel 360 degrees. They get annoying when in certain poses because it will press against those things on the shoulder pads and the warp pretty bad. The hands are connected via peg and swivel 360 degrees easily when loose, which makes it where he drops his hyper beam saber and double beam rifle or they droop down. They made the weaponry so heavy that he can NOT be played with much when holding double beam rifle, even though the trigger hand features a hole that the peg on the handle of the gun fits in. The hyper beam saber fits snugly, but droops down sometimes.

Legs

The legs are very bulky, but very articulated. All painting, including panel lines are there and in full color. The top of the thighs are how almost every MSiA should be, no armor at the top. The legs also swivel 360 degrees around and has double jointed legs, but cannot go to the full extent. The feet have a little articulation via ball joint.

Weapons and Accessories

Double beam rifle- This is a very cool piece alone or on ZZ Gundam's back, but like I said it doesn't go well in his hand. It can fold up to where the beam rifle barrels are pointed the opposite direction and under the cockpit (not ZZ's cockpit, but the one in G-Fortress) and has a folding trigger and folding peg for back.

Hyper beam saber- This is a HUGE beam saber that is TALLER THAN ZZ GUNDAM!!! (without beam saber handles on back) It fits well in hands but the thing I didn't like was that it drooped sometimes and he only came with one beam. :(

Hands- Serves purposes well, except the trigger hand which can't really hold double beam rifle
.

Conclusion

This is a great display MSiA, but has many flaws and cannot be played with much. It is easily warped and has many areas where it can warp, but you don't know it until it is already warped.
