The AGE-1SW Gundam AGE-1 Swordia used a set of close combat wear parts that resembled a medieval knight. It was one of several sword-focused wear part packs, similar to the earlier AGE-1S Gundam AGE-1 Spallow and AGE-1R Gundam AGE-1 Razor. The hip-mounted beam sabers from the base AGE-1 Gundam AGE-1 Normal were retained, although they were now covered by a sheath. The Liberta sword could slice apart a mobile suit and cut through beam blades, while its shield could absorb beam blasts. The AGE-1 Swordia was used in combat by Asemu Asuno when the Vagans attacked the space colony Tordia in AG 141. Asemu easily defeated an ovm-e Dorado, but the same wasn’t the case against his friend Zeheart Galette’s xvv-xcr Zedas R. The combination of Asemu’s inexperience and Zeheart’s X-Rounder abilities caused the fight to end in Asemu’s defeat. Zeheart’s betrayal established a long-running rivalry between the two former friends.
