Summary

One night, Mr. Chinja places a briefcase in a parking lot. In his office the next day, Maito gets a call from the development office in Osaka. Maito learns from the factory manager and Hamada that the upgrading to the Bombers has been competed, exactly like Hamada's designs. Maito heads to the factory to see the Bombers, and Hamada tells him that without changing the appearance of Maito's father's design they were upgraded to a three-way transformation. The Bombers are activated and turn from their train mode into robot mode. Hamada says they have new names too: Dino Bomber, Bird Bomber and Lio Bomber, to which they transform into their animal mode. Suddenly, Maito gets a call on his watch, learning about a strange incident in which hundreds of Eleka disappear from a parking lot. In another area of Nouvelle Tokyo, the Don of the Asian Mafia Hoi Kow Lou talks to a client about a new robot, which is a briefcase. A video is shown of Eleka's being stolen and turned into a robot. Mr. Chinja explains how it steals metal from its surroundings to grow. The client wants to test it out against Might Gaine. Maito and Hamada investigate in the parking lots where the Eleka were stolen. Ozawa gets mad and yells at them to leave. Maito learns that the people behind it put a notice on TV, and Ozawa storms over and demands to know his name. Maito introduces himself as Hurricane Senpuhji and runs over. Ozawa notices that it's the young successor to the Senpuhji Company. On TV, a notice is played that says at noon the criminal behind the Eleka incident will appear again at a parking lot and so will Might Gaine. Aoki and Hamada think it's a trap, but Maito doesn't care. As noon approaches, the police wait in the parking lot. In a nearby gas station, Sally thinks about how Maito saved her dad.

Maito and Hamada arrive on the scene, as does Mr. Chinja, who wants to get to his car in the parking lot. Ozawa demands he open his briefcase, which is filled with women's panties, but Mr. Chinja says he's selling them and heads off. Tetsuya arrives at the gas station to take Sally off to see the criminals behind the Eleka Incident. Mr. Chinja puts the briefcase in the parking lot and leaves to activate it at noon. The police charge in only to see a robot appear. Hamada leads off the civilians in the area and Maito orders Gaine to launch. In the crowd of people Maito and Sally spot each other and Sally manages to thank Maito for saving her father before the crowd becomes too much. Hoi Kow Lou and the client watch the incident and hope for Might Gaine to come. Gaine arrives on the scene followed by Maito in the Might Wing. Gaine attacks the robot with Gaine shot and destroys the arm, but it takes some nearby cars to regenerate it. The robot tries to take Gaine, but only manages to take his gun and knock him over. Suddenly, the Bombers arrive and transform into animal mode and attack. The robot is knocked down, but another robot appears too and surrounds them. Maito calls in Locomoriser and they combine into Might Gaine while the Bombers combine into Tri Bomber. Might Gaine pulls out the Dou-Rin-Ken and attacks one robot, while Dino Bomber attacks the other. However, the damages are just regenerated with more Elektra. Maito searches for a weakness and spots the core in the middle. Might Gaine uses Ichimonji-Giri to destroy one robot, and Tri Bomber crushes the core in the other robot. Sally wonders who the pilot of Might Gaine is. Hoi Kow Lou's client doesn't want the robot anymore and leaves, and Hoi Kow Lou says he'll never forget what happened because he was disgraced.

Commentary

Continuing with the character introductions from episode one, we are introduced to the second villain Hoi Kow Lou who runs a crime syndicate and deals with weapons (mostly robots and his sidekick Mr. Chinja who does all the dirty work). Unfortunately, Hoi Kow Lou doesn't have a very good reason to fight against Might Gaine; being disgraced is a bit weaker than far more evil plots like world domination. We are also introduced to three more robots on Maito's side- the Bombers, who have three main forms: train, robot and animal and can combine into Tri Bomber. Sally seems to be thinking about Maito more and more after her father was saved and Maito is even thinking about Sally. And Eleka are electric cars for those wondering, in a world where fossil fuels ran out, electric cars are the way.
