At a casino Hoi Kow Loh talks to Ma-Bo-Jyan about his upcoming fight. At his house Maito is practicing with a gun and hits the bulls eye every time. Aoki says that Maito's father was a good shot too and suggests Maito use his skills to strike a cute girl's heart next time. At a flower show the owner gives Sally a bouquet of flowers for helping out. The owner tells Sally about the flower's soul and flower fortune telling. At a blimp casino in the sky a bunch of customers are gambling with masks as Ma-Bo-Jyan looks on. On the train track a large train car appears in front of the Neo Yamantote line which Sally is on and latches onto it and takes over its controls. Izumi tells Maito about the news and he prepares to deal with it. In the casino Ma-Bo-Jyan holds the casino's main event, called Nouvelle Tokyo Roulette. In the train control center Maito learns they have no control over the train and it keeps speeding up which will eventually cause it to go off the rails. Hamada, who was examining the train, finds out there is a bomb on the hijacked car. Ma-Bo-Jyan explains the rules of the roulette in which the Neo Yamantote line was hijacked by a bomb and the people have to guess when it might explode or even Might Gaine might appear. Ma-Bo-Jyan says a real gambler is a high stakes one and they should play with people's lives. The people start betting where it'll explode at very high stakes. Maito talks with the train operator through a phone line and asks him to switch it to manual control but he is unable as he'd get shocked if he tried. Maito decides to use force against the bomb and runs off. The passengers in the train bump into Sally and end up destroying her flowers as they hurry to the back. Sally then looks out the window and sees that Maito and Gaine have arrived. Gaine transforms and tries to stop the train but is immediately attacked by the new part of the train. Maito sees that he can't attack the train and then decides to stop it through the wiring, but then Hamada warns him not too. Hamada tells him the bomb will explode if the train goes below 45 km/h. The bets in the casino continue on as the train passes Neo Ueno safely. Maito leaves the Might Wing and makes it on top of the train but is attacked by a laser and is thrown off, but he's saved by Gaine. Hamada then gives Maito new info saying the bomb is controlled by a computer on the Neo Yamantote line and if he stops the data being sent to the computer, the train won't explode. Maito decides to cut the power and try to release the passengers. The plan is put into motion but fails as the hijacked car gives power to the rest of the train. Gaine notes the trains speed is now 130 km/h.
Maito asks the train conductor to tell him what happened and he says that tubes came in and connected. Hamada says if they cut the tubes they can regain control. Maito decides to cut the tubes on a straightaway going through the entire train using the wings of Might Wing. Unfortunately Hamada says the plan won't work due to the height of the Might Wing. But Maito figures out if he stands on the Might Wing and shoots it'll be perfect. The speed of the train is 140 km/h and will go off any moment, but despite the danger Maito decides he must do it with the skill he inherited from his father; he then summons the bombers. As the train approaches a straightaway the passengers get to the side as Maito only has 30 seconds to hit it. Before the area Maito's arm is injured from bombs released by the hijacked car. Sally thinks that even if it's Maito it's impossible and she doesn't want to die without knowing how Maito feels and asks the flowers to reveal it. The train reaches the straightaway
and Maito struggles to steady his arm that was injured. With 5 seconds
left Maito manages to steady his arm and fires, which shoots off one of Sally's flower pedals and hit the tubes. The hijacked car is released just as Sally sees that Maito likes her from the flowers. The Bombers pull off the passenger car from the hijacked train. In the casino the gamblers are angry since it didn't explode. Ma-Bo-Jyan says the real gamble beings and everyone shall bet their lives. The casino blimp lands on the hijacked train car and releases the balloon part and combines to form a mecha. Maito then calls into Locomoriser and combines into Might Gaine. The gamblers make it to the mecha control room and attack Ma-Bo-Jyan which allows Maito to pull out the Dou-Rin-Ken and finish it off with Ichimonji-Giri. The area with the passengers and cockpit is released as the mecha explodes, and Ma-Bo-Jyan is in shock over his loss. Later on Maito flies over the area and is glad that everyone is safe. Sally safely pulls off the last flower pedal and declares that Maito likes her.
This episode has a plot that almost seems like it came out from the movie Speed, though Speed wasn't released until the next year. This episode was odd for a Hoi Kow Loh as he only appeared once and wasn't the standard criminal plot which was a nice welcomed change. The majority of this episode was spent dealing with trains so Might Gaine itself had a very short appearance in defeating Ma-Bo-Jyan's mecha. Sally continues with her obsession with Maito and almost believes she hates him because the flowers said so. Lucky for her Maito's shot managed to shoot off the flower pedal. This was actually a very stupid move for Sally as she could have easily been shot and killed because of that.
