The AQM/E-X04 Gunbarrel Striker was the fourth Striker pack developed by the Earth Alliance, which could be used by both the GAT-X105 Strike Gundam and the GAT-01A1 Dagger. Unlike earlier Striker packs, the Gunbarrel Striker could be piloted as a separate unit. The Gunbarrel Striker was based on the mobile armor TS-MA2Mod.00 Moebius Zero and featured the same Gunbarrel pods, which could detach from the main body to perform multidirectional attacks. The Gunbarrel Striker was also armed with a Gatling machine gun for use in its mobile armor mode. When configured as a Striker pack, the cockpit folded back to expose connection points for the mobile suit’s hardpoints.
