Although the natives of planet Quent abandoned technology 3,000 years ago, armored troopers were manufactured in the planet’s sole remaining city, Gomor. In addition, the giant Quentman were in high demand across the galaxy as mercenaries. One such unit produced by Quent was the ATH-Q58 Berserga DT. Although similar in design to the Gilgamesh ATM-09-ST Scopedog, the Berserga WP had several differences. In addition to waterproofing, the Berserga WP was customized for underwater combat by using the swamp clog-equipped legs of an ATH-06-WP Diving Beetle. Also, the assault rifle was shortened to compensate for tight combat areas. The Berserga WP served as the personal unit of Quent mercenary Ru Shako during his time with Assemble EX-10 and their fight with Veela guerillas on planet Melkia’s Kummen jungle region.
