Technical and Historical Notes

During the Hundred Years War, the Balarant mass produced the B-ATM-03 Fatty as a counter to the Gilgamesh ATM-09-ST Scopedog. In addition, several variations were created, including the Fatty Land Type. Customized for desert combat, the Fatty Land Type used gliding wheels similar to the Scopedog rather than the hover jets used by the standard Fatty. The Fatty Land Type was heavily armed, featuring two missile launcher options, a dual mortar launcher, pile banker and catapult launcher. With its desert customizations, the Fatty Land Type was deployed in desert environments on planets such as Sunsa and Miyoite.
