Mobile Suit Gundam: The Blue Destiny is an ongoing manga series released exclusively in Japan since 2015. It is a retelling of a video game and manga of the same name. Written by Tomohiro Chiba and illustrated by Yo Taichi, the manga is serialized in Gundam Ace magazine. Like the original, the new manga is during the One Year War in UC 0079 and focuses on Earth Federation Forces pilot Yuu Kajima. Yuu is assigned to lead a new experimental mobile suit team, which leads to him getting involved with the powerful and mysterious EXAM System.
