The CB-X5 Gunperry was a transport plane used by the Earth Federation Forces. Similar to the Medea, the Gunperry had VTOL capability, which allowed it to take off from any location without a runway. The Gunperry’s armaments consisted of six missiles. A Gunperry assigned to the assault carrier White Base was used to transport mobile suits and carry the RX-78-2 Gundam‘s modules for mid-air docking with the FF-X7 Core Fighter. The EFF also produced an improved version, the CB-X5(SGT) Assault Type Gunperry.
