The CEK-077 Beguir-Pente was an anti-GUND Format mobile suit manufactured by Grassley Defense Systems. As one of its CE Line mobile suits it was a successor to the third generation suit CEK-040 Beguir-Beu that saw combat during the Vanadis Incident in A.S. 101. Like its predecessor, the Beguir-Pente could perform “Antidote” attacks against GUND Format mobile suits operating at Permet score level three or lower. These attacks were performed with a non-kinetic shield that could be ejected and wire-controlled. Additionally, the Begur-Pente’s backpack mounted a support Antidote and sensors. The Beguir-Pente’s other armaments included feet claws, a beam rifle and a beam blade generated from the non-kinetic shield. In A.S. 122, five Beguir-Pente units were assigned to Grassley House at the Asticassia School of Technology. Combat ready units were deployed by Dominicus to intercept an attack by the anti-Spacian group Dawn of Fold against Plant Quetta.
