The Command Center was a truck used by Megazone 23’s military. Lt. Yuichiro Shiratori used a Command Center to monitor an operation to lure out Shogo Yahagi by using his former GR-00X Prototype Garland as bait. However, with the help of the motorcycle gang Trash, Shogo was able to successfully steal back the Prototype Garland and evade Shiratori’s soldiers.
