Near the end of the One Year War in UC 0079, Dozle Zabi piloted the massive mobile armor MA-08 Big-Zam during the Battle of Solomon. Principality of Zeon engineers developed the mobile armor Dog-Zam as a scaled down version of the Big-Zam. Compared to the Big-Zam, the Dog-Zam mounted a pair of manipulator arms. The Dog-Zam featured a demon-like appearance that was intended to have an intimidation effect on Earth Federation Forces pilots. Its armaments included multiple mega particle cannons. The Dog-Zam was planned to be deployed before the final battle of the One Year War, but ultimately it was never built.
