The DTM-7200 Daughseat III was a further development of the DTM-7000 Daughseat used by the United Nations Earth. The extending arms of the Daughseat III were lengthened, allowing them to grab mobile suits from the air and pull them into the water. The Daughseat III was also equipped with two additional beam cannons in its hands. Many of these units survived the 7th Space War and fell into the hands of many people, including the seafaring Orcs. Orc leader Marcus Guy operated several Daughseat IIIs in A.W. 0015, but his units did not utilize the D-Navi system designed by fellow Orc Doza Baroy. Some Daughseat III units remained in use as late as A.W. 0024.
