One of the Jupiter Empire’s many one-off mobile armors, the EMA-06 Elegolela could be considered the culmination of the Empire’s technology at that point. With its ability to assume a mobile suit-like form and a flexible tail cannon like that of the EMA-04 Elefante, it possessed high offensive power even in close combat situations while still having a good balance of offense and defense. Originally designed as a machine for Newtype pilots, it was later converted into a completely automated weapon. The one unit known to exist was supposedly piloted by the Jupiter Empire’s princess, Tetenith Dogatie. However, this was merely a lie concocted for propaganda purposes, and in reality the Elegolela was operated by a bio-brain clone of Emperor Crux Dogatie. During the Elegolela’s only sortie, Crossbone pilot Tobia Arronax and his XM-X3 Crossbone Gundam X-3 were able to rescue Tetenith and destroy the mobile armor with relatively little trouble.
