Developed by Eden City’s E=X, the E=X Flagger was an anti-netjacker combat hovercraft similar to the Flagger originally developed five centuries earlier by the Megazone 23. Thanks to its compact design, the E=X Flagger could patrol the streets of Eden City to hunt down netjackers attempting to hack into the System. The E=X Flagger’s sole armament consisted of a 3-barrel machine gun. The E=X Flagger was the main patrol unit of the Net Police, but it was relegated to a support role following the introduction of the E=X Garland.
