The F/D Zowort Heavy was a mass production mobile suit manufactured by Peil Technologies. It was an improved version of their F/D-19 Zowort and was intended for sustained use in harsh environments on Earth. Its stability in flight was also improved over the standard model, and the surplus loading capacity allowed for the mounting of weapons on its back. The Zowort Heavy’s armaments included beam vulcan guns, beam sabers, a beam cannon, a 4-tube missile launcher and a long beam gun with grenade launcher. In A.S. 122, Zowort Heavy units were deployed in combat by the Benerit Group’s Earth Garrison Forces against Dawn of Fold, an anti-Spacian resistance organization.
