The GAT-04EL Eldora Windam was a custom mobile suit created by Alus for his army that the New People of Eldora referred to as the One-Eyes. Created with data accessed from GBN, it was based on the GAT-04 Windam from the 2004-05 anime TV series Mobile Suit Gundam SEED DESTINY. The Eldora Windam could optionally equip a flight pack, the parts of which doubled as binder guns. Its armaments included beam sabers, a shield and a beam rifle with a hand axe and beam saber.
