Neo Spain’s GF13-045NSP Matador Gundam was inspired by the matadors that fought with bulls for centuries, although strangely it was a combination of the matador and the bull. The Matador Gundam’s main armament consisted of two heat horns mounted on the bull’s head-shaped torso. Other armaments included a beam saber and two beam cloths, which were used for the ultimate attack Red Flag Come On. In this attack, the beam cloths were used to entice an opponent to attack, allowing pilot Carlos Andalusia to bash them with the cloth. In his last match, Carlos was defeated by Hans Holger’s GF13-026ND Mermaid Gundam. Later, Gundam Fighters Michelo Chariot, Romario Monini, Marcelot Cronos and Chandra Sijiema plotted to get revenge against Domon Kasshu. Carlos refused to help them and was nearly killed in an explosion while trying to warn Domon of the danger. Due to his severe injuries, Carlos was hospitalized and forced to withdraw from the Finals. After the 13th Gundam Fight ended, Carlos returned as part of the World Gundam Federation to defend Earth from the JDG-00X Devil Gundam.
