The GN-0000+GNR-010 00 Raiser was the combined form of the GN-0000 00 Gundam with the GNR-010 0 Raiser, which allowed use of the Trans-Am System properly thanks to the Twin Drive control functions of the 0 Raiser. The word Gundam was removed from the suit’s name as it was felt that the suit had transcended the Gundam category. The suit was known as Trans-Am Raiser after activating Trans-Am, as it now behaved like a different machine. The Trans-Am Raiser was actually the core component of Aeolia Schenberg’s plan and caused Setsuna F. Seiei to evolve into a true Innovator due to piloting the suit. When Setsuna evolved into a true Innovator, the Trans-Am Burst was activated and a large amount of purified GN particles were released. The Trans-Am Raiser displayed several unexpected capabilities, such as higher GN particle output than predicted, quantization ability and the generation of a quantum space around the suit that linked the consciousnesses of people in the affected area.

The 00 Raiser did not need any hand held/arm-mounted shields as the 0 Raiser’s side binders could function as shields. In addition, the fins at the sides of each binder served as large clavicle antennae for the 00 Raiser, drastically improving the GN particle control capabilities. The 00 Raiser could use all of 0 Raiser’s armaments, except for the GN Vulcan Guns. The GN Sword III was developed later as the pair of GN Sword IIs could not fully utilize the huge amount of GN particles released by Trans-Am Raiser. It was designed using data gained from the development of GN-0000/7S 00 Gundam Seven Sword‘s equipment. The GN Rifle mode had three barrels and various shooting/firing modes, while the GN Sword mode had improved cutting capability. Whereas the GN Sword II needed both swords to form the Raiser Sword, the GN Sword III was capable of forming Raiser Sword on its own. Setsuna and Saji Crossroad used the 00 Raiser until it was heavily damaged in combat with Ribbons Almark’s CB-0000G/C Reborns Gundam, which resulted in the theft of one of the 00 Raiser’s GN Drives. After the war, the 00 Raiser was repaired and redesignated as the GN-0000RE+GNR-010 00 Raiser Condenser Type.
